In close collaboration with the senior leader, our Leadership Development Programs are custom designed for a leadership team. We begin with an assessment of the leadership team through interviews and observations to collaboratively develop a plan. Our programs generally take place over several months.
Regular workshops with action learning assignments is the core component of the leadership development program. Optional components include webinars, bi-weekly group coaching, as well as individual executive coaching for participants.
A series of Webinar sessions with approaches, techniques, and ideas for growing, sustaining, and reinvigorating your resilience and better managing your stress. Topics include energy management, keystone habits, managing stress and worry, engaging the relaxation response, stress hardiness, and mindfulness in action.
Many modern leadership theories and approaches have evolved over the past 60+ years. This course encapsulates the most effective aspects of these approaches and presents the essence and principles of leadership thought in an accessible and applicable way. This workshop can also serve as the basis of an ongoing leadership development program which would include coaching groups and webinars over a 4-8 month program.

Coaching skills are critical for successful management and team leadership. This course provides a comprehensive program for understanding the practice of staff development.
Effective facilitation requires understanding the process and dynamics of groups. A facilitator helps a group to free itself from internal and external obstacles so that it may more efficiently and effectively achieve its desired outcomes. In this training participants will gain a deeper understanding of group dynamics and learn how to facilitate groups productivity.
Designing and developing effective presentations challenge the presenter to coherently and systematically organize his or her thoughts and positions. Delivering presentations effectively supports accurate communication of ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
Critical thinking involves evaluating how we are thinking and then choosing a path of investigation that helps us find the best possible answers. We practice critical thinking when we carefully and deliberately evaluate our own thought processes used to reach a conclusion. Non-critical thinking leads to the wrong conclusions, going off in the wrong direction, and disagreements due to misinformation. Critical thinking leads to developing the best solutions to problems, recognizing our own biases to guide self-improvement, identifying key issues, and giving sound arguments to create buy-in for our ideas.
Effective problem solving is critical to success at work. However we frequently jump to our first solution to a problem and don’t necessarily practice the effort necessary to find the best solution. This course helps participants understand the pitfalls of our cognitive biases and provides the steps to apply for effective problem solving.
This workshop teaches management skills for effective meetings and understand the importance of a holistic approach to managing meetings.
Strategic thinking is a tool to help confront change, plan for and make transitions, and envision new possibilities and opportunities. Strategic thinking is a synthesizing process utilizing intuition and creativity. The goal of strategic thinking is to develop an integrated perspective of an organization and its overall direction.
Working in a constantly changing environment makes it difficult to implement ideas and create desired results. Influencing people to buy-in to one’s ideas is often a challenge as people tend to be secure in the old ways of doing things. In the Leading through Change workshop, participants will learn how to move an organization forward in the context of competing and conflicting ideas and agendas, and manage barriers, find resources and build management support.

In the Dealing with Difficult People workshop participants will learn how to respond to and influence difficult people in a positive and effective way.
