Daniel Feldman, Ph.D.
Daniel Feldman is an executive coach and organization development consultant who helps senior leaders build sustainable leadership and broaden their leadership style to improve influence, resilience, presentation, and team performance. Daniel also provides a variety of consulting services including process facilitation, team development, strategic planning, and change management. Daniel is the author of books on critical thinking, workplace coaching, and emotionally intelligent leadership.
Daniel has provided comprehensive executive coaching to CEOs, EVPs, SVPs, VPs, and Senior Directors. As a Certified Professional Facilitator and Team Coach, he has worked with hundreds of groups and teams. He has designed, developed, and delivered a wide range of human capital development programs. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia, and a B.A. from the University of Maryland. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an EMCC Certified Coach Supervisor, and holds the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. Daniel also holds certifications in the Hogan Leadership Assessments, the Leadership Circle Profile, the CDR 3-D Leadership Assessments, and the KF Leadership Solution.
