As President of Leadership Performance Solutions, Daniel Feldman has partnered with enterprise leaders for over 25 years. Serving in a wide variety of business settings, Daniel has helped his clients identify and address their leadership challenges, explore innovative ways to grow, and confidently inspire their teams to excel. Daniel is also the Team Coaching Specialist for CoachSource LLC and Managing Director of the Alliance for Leadership Excellence – an international group of highly experienced consultants and executive coaches.
In pursuit of developing effective organizational leadership, Daniel specializes in working with CEOs, EVPs, VPs, and Senior Directors. His credentials include a Ph.D. and an M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia, and a B.A. from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator from the International Association of Facilitators and is a Certified Coach Supervisor. Daniel is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment Leadership Circle Profile, and the CDR 3-D Leadership Assessment. Daniel is the author of books on emotional intelligence, workplace coaching, and critical thinking.
